What do you do for fun?
Ha! Well, pre pandemic I loved to travel! But, more recently, I have gotten back into cooking. We just built our dream home and I love my kitchen now, so I have reason to want to be in there. Cooking is a creative outlet for me. I’m also into all things makeup, beauty, and fashion. Since this is my job, I tend to forget I also love to do this for fun, too!
What famous person, living or dead, would you want to take a road trip with?
To be honest, I love Dolly Parton. I think she’s fabulous. She is always kind, positive, and just seems like so much fun!
What is your all time favorite meal?
Well, I’m an east coast girl. I grew up in New Jersey and spent all my summers at the Jersey Shore. Give me any kind of fresh seafood platter and I’m a happy girl!
What is your favorite workout/exercise routine?
About 18 months ago I set a goal to run a 10k. Mind you, I had never run or worked out consistently my entire life. My kids didn’t believe I could do it, which only motivated me more! Exercise is not really something I enjoy in the moment, but I love how it affects my mood and confidence when I’m done. I did complete the 10k and I’ve kept consistent with my workouts. I alternate between runs and HIIT workouts each week.
2020 was a super crazy year! What types of self care have you found to be most helpful for you?
Working out has been a huge part of my self care in 2020. When the weather is warmer, I was very committed to taking 15 minute breaks outside through out the day. It was such a huge boost for my mindset. Working as a social media influencer can sometimes feels very all consuming, so giving myself days where I shut it all off has been very good for my well being, too.

Do you follow any certain type of diet? If so, what drew you to that diet?
My husband I did the Whole 30 diet three years in a row. It helped us kickstart healthy eating and each time we stuck a little more to it when we were finished. We stay away from too much sugar, diary, and gluten in our house. However, we also LOVE food, so when it time to celebrate or to try a new treat, we aren’t too strict about enjoying ourselves.
Do you have trouble drinking plain water?
I am terrible about drinking water daily. There have lots of days that I get to the end of the day and realize all I’ve put in my body is coffee. It’s so unhealthy and leaves me feeling awful.
Besides Everly, do you have any tips to share on how you stay hydrated?
I use a water bottle that marks off how much I need to drink each hour. This definitely helps me stay focused on getting my daily intake of H2O in.

What time of day do you normally reach for a glass of Everly?
