The Cleanest Ingredients List Out There
The beverage industry has a bad reputation for artificial and unhealthy ingredients.
When we created Everly, we committed to using only clean, simple ingredients in all of our drink mixes.
In this article, we break down each of our ingredients and why we use them.
Everly Hydration is perfect on its own and is also the foundation of our other product lines.
Stevia Leaf Extract: an herb that is native to South America, stevia tastes sweet like sugar but does not impact blood sugar levels.
Organic Erythritol: a sugar alcohol that comes from apples and corn, erythritol enhances stevias sweetness and also does not impact blood sugar levels. You can exclude carbs from erythritol when calculating net carbs for the Keto Diet.
Non-GMO Citric Acid: naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables, citric acid tastes tart when added to foods and beverages.
Natural Flavor: extracts of fruits, vegetables, and other plants. We use a different combination of natural flavors for each Everly flavor.
Vegetable Extracts: we add tiny amounts of vegetable extracts, like purple carrot juice, to give each flavor its own unique color.
Electrolytes: naturally occurring minerals that the body uses to absorb more water and perform critical functions. Our electrolytes consist of Potassium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, and Magnesium Glycinate.
Everly Energy uses the hydration base and adds caffeine and vitamins for energy and focus.
Organic Green Coffee Bean Extract: the cleanest source of caffeine. Gives you sustained energy without the crash.
B Vitamins: we include 6 of the most important B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) which improve focus, energy and performance.
Vitamin C: vitamin c (also known as ascorbic acid) not only props up your immune system's defences, but helps you to push through pain barriers and beat fatigue.
Everly Belly Health
Everly Belly Health uses the hydration base and adds probiotics and L-glutamine to improve digestion and gut health.
Bacillus Coagulans: a type of good bacteria, called a probiotic. Among probiotics, Bacillus Coagulans is particularly effective at alleviating stomach distress and other ailments.
L-glutamine: the tissues found in the intestine use L-glutamine, an amino acid, as a fuel source to function at their best. L-glutamine is also thought to help maintain proper barriers within the intestine.
