This chocolate covered strawberry inspired espresso martini is like after-dinner drinks and dessert in one! Enjoy it as a traditional cocktail or make a few swaps to make it a mocktail.

1 stick pack of 3-in-1 Latte
8 oz of hot water
6 oz strawberry vodka
6 oz dark chocolate liqueur
1 stick pack of 3-in-1 Latte
1 tsp powdered hot chocolate mix (or sub with cocoa powder)
8 oz of hot water
Strawberry extract to taste
Heat your water in a kettle, and mix it with 3-in-1 Latte. Mix until combined. Let cool.
Combine the mixed latte, vodka, and liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled
Pour into a martini glass and enjoy
Optional: garnish with chocolate covered strawberries
Heat your water in a kettle, and mix it with 3-in-1 Latte and hot chocolate mix. Mix until combined. Let cool.
Pour the latte into a cocktail shaker with ice, add strawberry extract 2 drops at a time, to taste, and shake.
Pour into a martini glass and enjoy!
Optional: drizzle martini glass with chocolate and strawberry syrup for extra flavoring, garnish with chocolate covered strawberries
