Cold Kicking Keto Pudding
One way to beat a cold is to eat greek yogurt, but most people don't want to eat plain boring greek yogurt.
So, how can we make it better? By adding a bunch of keto friendly products that are full of electrolytes, nutrients, and other healthy ingredients!

Yield: serves 1
- Greek yogurt
- ¼ TBSP Everly Peach Mango Hydration drink mix
- 1 serving of goodMix Superfoods Paleo blend
- Swerve Sweetener to taste
- Cocoa powder and vanilla extract for added flavor
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until well combined
- Pour the mixture into 4 Popsicle molds
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving
- Store covered in the freezer for up to 1 month
