1.5 oz gin (or NA gin)
1 oz cranberry juice
1 oz water mixed with 1/4 tsp Grape @drinkeverly
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup (optional)
Sparkling elderflower tonic for topping off
rosemary sprig + more for garnish
Lime wedge & frozen cranberries for garnish
Add gin & rosemary sprig to a cocktail shaker and muddle until rosemary is fragrant
Add all other ingredients except tonic & garnishes to the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds then strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge & frozen cranberries and enjoy!
