Peach Ring Gummies

Ingredients

2 lbs peaches, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup water

2 TSP Everly Peach Mango Energy drink mix

2 TBSP plus 2 TSP powdered gelatin

Topping

½ cup granulated sugar or stevia

1-3 TSP citric acid

Directions

Mix the water and Everly drink mix in a small bowl, mix until combined.

Blend the peaches and Everly drink mix until smooth.

Pour through a strainer, pushing down with a spatula into a bowl.

In a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the top the strained mixture, stir until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth liquid.

Place a silicone ring mold onto a baking sheet and then using a small spoon or ziplock bag, distribute the mixture evenly into the molds.

Transfer to the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.

Toss into granulated sugar (or stevia) mixed with citric acid. (The sugar will melt if you don’t use citric acid.)
