It's officially the first day of summer so we are celebrating with a frozen cocktail, cheers!
The Everly Sunset combines two customer favorites, Peach Mango and Pomegranate Berry mix, for a summer ready layered cocktail. It looks and tastes like a beach vacation and takes just a few minutes to make!
Try it as a mocktail too – just leave out the rum for a fruity slushie to beat the heat and replenish essential electrolytes.

This frozen cocktail looks and tastes like a beach vacation and just takes a few minutes to make!
Try it as a mocktail too – just leave out the rum for a fruity slushie to beat the heat and replenish essential electrolytes.
1 cup water
2 cups ice
1.5 tsp Peach Mango mix
1.5 tsp Pomegranate Berry mix
Combine ½ cup water, 1 cup ice, 1 shot of rum, 1.5 tsp of Peach Mango mix (we used Belly Health), and 1 tbsp orange juice to a blender and blend until mixed.
Add more water or ice if you want it thicker or thinner. Pour into a glass and put in the freezer.
Repeat above by combining ½ cup water, 1 cup ice, 1 shot of rum, 1.5 tsp of Pomegranate Berry mix (we used Hydration), and 1 tbsp grenadine to a blender and blend until mixed.
Take the Peach Mango slushie out of the freezer and pour into the bottom of two cocktail glasses, filling halfway.
Then fill each glass with the Pomegranate Berry slushie and serve.
