Halloween Jello Shots (sugar-free & vegan)

Ingredients

Purple Layer 1

½ cup of water
1 tsp Grape Hydration
2 tsp granulated stevia
1 tsp agar agar powder
½ cup plain vodka

Orange Layer

½ cup of water
1 tsp Peach Mango Hydration or Belly Health
2 tsp granulated stevia
1 tsp agar agar powder
½ cup plain vodka

Purple Layer 2

½ cup of water
1 tsp Grape Hydration
2 tsp granulated stevia
1 tsp agar agar powder
½ cup vodka

Directions

Begin by making the first purple layer of the jello shot. Add 1 tsp of Grape Hydration to ½ cup of water and mix until the powder is dissolved.

Add the Grape mixture, stevia, and agar into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring frequently. Allow the mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes.

While the mixture is boiling, place 10 empty jello shot cups onto a baking tray.

Once the mixture is done boiling, remove it from the heat and add the vodka. Mix it again until it is fully combined, then place the mixture in an easy-to-pour container.

Pour the mixture into each jello shot cup so it is approximately ⅓ full. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it solidifies.

Once the mixture is solidified, begin making the orange layer. Repeat Steps 1, 2, and 4 using Peach Mango Hydration in place of the Grape Hydration.

Once the orange mixture is made, pour it directly on top of the purple solidified layer so the jello cups are approximately ⅔ full. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it solidifies.

Once the orange mixture solidifies, begin making the final purple layer. Repeat Steps 1, 2, and 4.
