Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- ½ Tsp baking powder
- ¼ Tsp Everly Fruit Punch Hydration mix
Frosting:
- ¼ Tsp Everly Fruit Punch Hydration mix
- 3 Tbsp coconut butter
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Cake:
- Combine all ingredients in microwave safe mug
- Microwave for 90 seconds
Frosting:
- Combine coconut butter and oil in a small bowl and microwave for a few seconds to melt
- Add Everly Fruit Punch Hydration mix and mix until fully combined
- Pour frosting over cake and add sugar-free toppings of your choice.
