This Pre Workout Slushy is a great way to get your endorphins pumping for your workout. It's easy to make with just 3 ingredients and no added sugar! 

All you need to make this refreshing, electrolyte filled, hydrating slushy is a handful of frozen blueberries and Everly Fruit Punch Hydration mix + some ice and a bit of water.
