Electrolyte Watermelon Jello

Easy low carb snack for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 cup gelatin
  • 2 TBSP Grape Belly Health

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 5 cups water

Directions

  1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil, add in gelatin and stir.
  2. Then add Grape Belly Health mix and stir until combined
  3. Cut off one end of your watermelon and scoop out the insides with an ice cream scoop or spoon. (Save the inside of the watermelon to snack on or use for another recipe.)
  4. Once hollow add chopped strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to the watermelon.
  5. Add the Everly/gelatin mix to the watermelon, cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, cut into slices and enjoy!
