Whipped Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 3-4 stick packs of Everly Instant Coffee

  • 2 TBSP Allulose

  • 2 TBSP Boiling water

  • 1 Cup of (unsweetened) almond or coconut milk

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Combine the instant coffee, Allulose, and boiling water in a milk frother cup, mug, or small bowl.

  2. Using a milk frother or hand mixer, whip for 1-2 minutes, until thick and frothy.

  3. Add chosen milk and ice to a 12-oz mug or glass and scoop the whipped coffee over the milk.

  4. Stir and enjoy!
