Whiskey Ginger Tea Toddy

Enjoy this delicious cocktail warm or cold!  You can also leave out the bourbon for a tasty non-alcoholic treat.

Yield: 2 servings


  • ½ tsp of fresh ginger
  • 2 lemons
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • 8oz Everly Fruit Tea (1/2 tsp of powder & 8oz of water)
  • 4oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • Sea salt



  1. Slice fresh ginger and crush into a paste
  2. Make one serving of Everly Fruit Tea (¼ tbsp in 16oz of water) and chill or warm
  3. Prepare two glasses with ½ a lemon’s whole of juice to each glass
  4. Add half of your prepared ginger to each glass and stir
  5. Add 4oz of Everly Fruit tea to each glass
  6. Pour 2oz of Bulliet Bourbon in each glass and stir
  7. Top with a slice of lemon and fresh thyme sprig
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt in each glass (optional)
  9. Enjoy warm or over ice!
